Each Studio Anne Carlton chess set is a product of timeless skills and craftsmanship originating from the company's foundation. Each pieces is carefully hand produced and finished in either a traditional brown and cream appearance or hand decorated with painstaking detail.

The sculptures often take months to complete and care is taken to ensure historical accuracy where appropriate. From the artists masterpiece the figures pass through various casting processes until suitable production moulds can be made without losing any of the original detail.
